Congratulations to Queen McCormick from class 502! Her artwork “Underwater Neighborhood” was chosen to be displayed in the Queens Borough Arts Festival at the Queens Museum of Art this May. The show will be up from May 24th-28th. Great Work!
Do you know who this is?
Yes, you’re right! It’s P.S. 135’s art teacher Ms. D dressed as the famous painting named Mona Lisa made by Leonardo da Vinci in 1506. She dressed like this to celebrate Character Day. This is one of the many fun and exciting ways we bring education to life here at P.S. 135!
Come see a selection of what students have been creating in the Art Studio with Ms. Dimitracopoulos this year! The expo will be on display during Parent Teacher Conference night.
